We are all individuals with our own goals and aspirations. That's why every personal training session is exactly that, personal to you. We may cover the same foundations in building strength, aerobic capacity etc but this is all based around your specific goals. Helping you to build a solid base to increase performance whether that's in everyday life, your next upcoming event or even your first ever!

1-2-1 Coaching (1 Hour)

This is one hour of personal training, tailored for your specific goals on a pay as you go basis.

2 sessions per week (Monthly)

£299

This is for a monthly paid subscription for two personal training sessions of one hour per week. Tailored for your specific goals.

3 sessions per week (Monthly)

£449

This is for a monthly paid subscription for three personal training sessions of one hour per week. Tailored for your specific goals.

Online Programming (monthly)

£89

This is for a personalised online program of two sessions per week, brought to you via the True Coach app. Tailored to your specific goals. More sessions can be programmed and nutrition guidance available. Please feel free to contact me for your individual requirements and pricing.
