Who I am.
Hi, I’m Chris or Coach Tito!
At the start, like most people, exercise was something I thought I had to do in order to fit in, look a certain way or to ‘fight’ off the fat.
22 years later and I now have a very different perspective. Of course some things still apply, In that I can use exercise and training in various capacities to adapt my body to my different goals and help to maintain a healthier body composition and in some cases rehab or pre-hab injuries.
But its main purpose in my life now is the mental clarity it gives me. When I exercise and after I exercise, I feel strong, motivated and proud.
I have been involved in many different kinds of exercise and training styles. I have trained and competed in Crossfit, trail running, Hyrox, Brazillian JiuJitsu and I am currently focusing on Indoor Rowing. This has led to a wealth of experience that has given me great benefit in being exposed to so many different training methodologies and finding the foundations that can be put across simply and effectively.
That is exactly what has led me to this point, wanting to create a platform where daily I can help others to realise that becoming their greatest version and a happier, stronger, fitter, PROUD version of themselves is extremely attainable.
That is what FORWARD is about.
Its knowing that every time we refuse to stay where we are, we get to go Forward, to grow as humans and in turn find peace in who we are.
